Your website isn't just "slow to convert" — it's actively bleeding money.

Here are 5 critical areas that determine if your site converts or crashes:

Is express checkout available?
Is the page free of typographic errors and spelling mistakes?
Is the live chat option available on the page, so people can ask questions?

Is there an easy way to enter the coupon code?
Is the layout of input fields as simple as possible (single column, ideally)?
Does it show the expected delivery times?

Are you using timers to increase a sense of urgency (i.e., your cart is reserved...)?
Does the checkout contain an upsell option to increase AOV?
Does the page offer visitors the option to save their shipping info for future ordering?

If a multi-step checkout process, is there a progress bar indicating checkout progress?
Does the CTA state what is going to happen next (i.e., "Continue to shipping")?
Is there an easy option to return to the cart page?

Does the checkout allow guest purchases (so there is no need for visitors to register)?
Do visitors need to enter the same information only once?
Does the page offer visitors the option to save their shipping info for future ordering?
The beauty of these fixes?
Most are simple, low-cost changes with massive impact.
